Founded in 1998, Gallagher Strategic has extensive experience serving leading companies and trade organizations worldwide. We have worked for a range of clients from large international firms to small start-up companies. Typically, we work very closely with organizations developing and implementing marketing strategies and tactics. We have served companies in a variety of capacities including: functioning as an outsourced marketing department; acting as interim marketing executives; augmenting existing marketing staffs; managing public relations and social media programs; and executing marketing projects.
MARKET EXPERIENCE
Brian Gallagher has served in executive level leadership, marketing and sales positions with industry leading architecture, engineering, and construction organizations. In his roles with O’Neal, Inc, and with Structural Group (Structural Preservation Systems, VSL, Pullman Power, ElectroTech, GeoStructural, and SPS Infrastructure) and Williams Scotsman, Gallagher has provided organizational strategic planning and leadership to the sales and marketing teams. His extensive background and knowledge of the construction and concrete industries enables innovative and effective approaches. He frequently writes and speaks on strategic planning, marketing, business development, human resources and leadership topics. In addition, he has co-founded marketing and sales consultancies, Gallagher Strategic and GBM Marketing, and launched several industry-specific web portals.
Brian holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Towson University and an MBA from Loyola College, and an executive education certificate from Harvard Business School. He also has served as an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Marketing at Loyola College. He has served in leadership roles for various boards and committees with the Associated Builders and Contractors, American Concrete Institute, the Post-Tensioning Institute, the Concrete Industry Management Program, and other organizations.
